Project Goals: The implementation project  scope included the design and deploying of a complete budgeting, planning and forecasting system for the credit area, and it was split into two phases. The first phase focused at the Operational Margin Model , and was delivered in three and a half months. The second phase will focus at the Costing model, reports, workflows, access controls and other features, and is scheduled to end after 5 months.

Project Goals: Deliver an integrated planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analytics system to 6 Latin American plants and offices; Using Oracle Financial Analyzer, the system collects detailed information from distinct areas, calculates operational indicators and rolls up data to the General Ledger level, in a timely and reliable process, reducing the planning cycle and providing to the FP&A area a complete view of the business plans and estimates, compared to actuals data extracted and loaded from the ERP.

Project Goals: Implementation of a budgeting, forecasting and what-if analysis system for the commercial team in Brazil, focused on travel agencies sales and commissions, using Oracle Express database and Oracle Financial analyzer tool. Based on the model designed, users could analyze different scenarios to choose which one fitted best for each partner in deal management, helping to maximize revenue and reduce costs.

Project Goals: Design and develop a budgeting and forecasting system using Oracle Financial Analyzer for Allergan Brazil Eye Products Division, that allowed detailed product sales and production costs information to be input, reviewed and submitted by the division users for the finance team, who could analyze different versions based on assumptions, and approve or reject the the plans and estimates for the upcoming periods.

Project Goals: Oracle CRM On Demand Project – Implementation of Oracle CRM On Demand R.16 over existing French implementation of Siebel system 7, plus design and development of a customized and tailor-made solution for local needs, based on a SAAS architecture. Managed the Business requirements definition, GAP Analysis, customizations specification, application setup, users training and go-live support.

Project Goals: Took over poor performing project from other consultancy company, and developed improvement proposals for existing DW system; New BI modules design, development and deployment, current system administration and users community support, using OWB as ETL Tool and Cognos 8 suite as metadata and front-end tools.
